Mats is business development manager for MasterCard in the Nordics and Baltics where he is responsible for new digital payment solutions and new technology in the Nordic and Baltic markets and has worked at MasterCard since 1997. 

He has over 25 years of experience in the payment industry where he has worked with the national the ATM system Bankomat, at Bankgirot with the ATM network and at Evry where he was responsible for payment solutions in stores and ATMs. Mats studied at KTH and has a Master of Science in technical physics. When Mats is free, it is friends, family and music that get the most space.


He is a payments industry expert with a 30-year track-record in delivery in business development, marketing, risk management and operations. Kevin is a trusted and experienced practitioner and thought-leader in payments processing, acceptance and governance. Over the past 11 years, Kevin has successfully leveraged this background to deliver business guidance and consultation services to payments organisations, retailers and regulators around the globe.

Previous roles include technology and payments development at Sainsburys, a major UK supermarket chain, card issuing and acquiring at Lloyds Bank in the UK, and card scheme management at Switch Card Services in the UK, and most recently 1y tears at Visa - in Europe and internationally, where he led fraud and compliance management functions and issuing and acquiring product development in Europe. 


Sandra is the Founder and CEO of Paypr.work, an independent payments consultancy helping merchants, Fintechs or banks design payments strategies to enhance their products propositions and unlock new opportunities. Paypr.work brings distinctive core expertise in consulting services, full end to end project management and payments content design (i.e. from bespoke training materials via our own proprietary platform Pulse, to marketing campaigns or graphic visuals).

With a client first approach, Paypr.work serves multiple segments across the globe (e.g. travel, hospitality, ecommerce, retail, neobanks, subscription economy and more).

Prior to setting up Paypr.work, Sandra held a number of commercial roles over the last 12 years working for established organisations like Barclays, Paypal and Elavon/ US bank, where she developed global payments expertise working on critical large scale projects. Examples of her previous work involved streamlining payments back end processes, reducing operational costs and driving incremental revenue growth through optimised payments strategies.

Egija Gailuma is a co-founder of OX Drive which is a TESLA car-sharing service. Her last position was a country manager of CityBee Latvia - she built the company's operations from ground up to a fleet of 600+ cars. 

Prior to that she helped international companies to enter Latvia and vice versa, she helped some local companies to enter foreign markets. Overall, she is a tech enthusiast who has experience in building startups, operations and marketing, and she is a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Maris strives for the best to ensure a great customer experience. He has been with Omniva for almost ten years and was one of the first in Latvia to sell a revolutionary idea that allowed e-stores to improve the quality of delivery to their customers while reducing their logistics costs.

Marine Krasovska is banking and fintech professional with wide experience in financial sector working on leading positions in top Baltic banks: SEB, DNB, Luminor, related to lending and product and business strategy development. Ex-cofounder of Fintech startup. From 2020, Marine Krasovska worked as director of “Financial innovation department“ in Financial and Capital Market Commission and following the integration from 1 January 2023, she became head of “FinTech supervision department” in the Bank of Latvia with focus on: PI/EMI, crowdfunding and other FinTech companies’ supervision; development of Fintech environment; ICT risks’ supervision among financial sector, and implementation of SupTech and RegTech solutions, to make supervision process more modern and digital. Marine Krasovska holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Latvia, professional diploma in management from the Open University Business School (UK).

Joseph McWilliam is eCommerce Development Manager at Stockmann, a high-end department store that specializes in fashion, home, beauty, and food products.

 His eCommerce journey began in the UK, where he sold music and electronics on popular online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. Having a strong desire to be closer to customers led him to move to the Baltics to join Rimi’s ecommerce project team. While at Rimi, Joseph played a key role in developing and launching the company's eCommerce solution in seven cities. Along with delivering fresh food orders to customers' homes, Joseph was also part of the team that launched the first grocery drive-through collection point in the Baltics. Joseph believes the customer experience is what matters most and being able to deliver from beginning to end is crucial for building a lasting relationship with customers.

Samuel oversees go to market strategy, product evolution and optimization for some of Mastercard’s cyber resilience suite
of products in the European market. He engages with internal and external (both private and public sector) institutions to
build and maintain strategic relationships, working with global teams to understand the specific needs of Mastercard
customers and capabilities required to detect threats and protect them from Cyber Crime and ensure legislative and

Mirco has joined RiskRecon from LogRhythm where he worked as Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer. He
worked as Mobile Security and Threat Prevention Specialist at Checkpoint.

 Before this, he was responsible with Forensic Technology Services for Cybercrime at PwC as leading Manager; worked as a CISO for a subsidiary of American Express. Between 2008 and 2011, in his role as Security & Technology Evangelist worldwide at Kaspersky, Mirco promoted the technologies of the company, closely monitored the changes in the market and acted as an internal adviser for new opportunities. Before his roles as Evangelist, Mirco was already a valued member of the team at Kaspersky Lab holding positions like technical manager 2004-2006, Consulting Manager at InfoWatch a Kaspersky Subsidiary between 2006 and 2008. Dmitrijus Apockinas is a financial services executive and entrepreneur who boasts 23 years of experience in transactional banking and payment processing.

For the past decade, he has specialised in card and alternative payment method acceptance. In 2017, he founded his own payments business in the United Kingdom, which he successfully exited in 2021. Since 2019, Dmitrijus has served as a Managing Partner of PSP Lab, where he concentrates on providing guidance to payments market entrants regarding the continually challenging regulatory authorisation and compliance environment.


Christophe Zehnacker is currently heading up Digital, Acceptance and Mastercard Payment Gateway Service product management for Mastercard Europe, based in Waterloo Belgium. 

This includes digital solutions including the Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) platform which is at the heart of today’s digital payments evolution, Mastercard Click to Pay (the new online guest checkout solution based on the new EMVCo SRC standard), merchant and commerce platform Secure Card on File tokenization, and the Token Connect pushprovisioning solution for issuers. 

Christophe also  leads product management for acceptance solutions such as Tap on Phone (soft POS), and Mastercard’s own soft POS solution called Cloud Commerce. Finally, the product management of Mastercard’s Payment Gateway Service (MPGS) in Europe also falls within Christophe’s team responsibility.
